What is ICORE?

The International Confederation of Revolver Enthusiasts (ICORE) sport combines elements of the Bianchi Cup, IPSC, and Speed Steel into demanding competition exclusively for revolvers. Our standard paper target is the NRA D-1 target with 4 scoring areas. Scoring is based on time, including time added or subtracted per the scoring rules. Falling and stationary steel plates are also used in ICORE events.

"The mission of the Albany Rifle and Pistol Club is in the training, education and encouragement of organized shooting among citizens, law enforcement and military personnel of the United States, while encouraging marksmanship, safe firearm handling, and the proper care of firearms.
